The PUBG Mobile World Cup returns at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh with a $3,000,000 prize pool, and the season ends with the PUBG Mobile Global Championship in Türkiye, again playing for $3,000,000.
The new structure replaces the previous Super League system: more than 30 national championships across more than eight regions feed regional qualifiers, and both amateur and professional teams can enter the PMGO seasons, accumulating points toward PMGC qualification. Level Infinite also promised ecosystem upgrades: a streamlined in-game participation system, an enhanced offline fan experience at global events, and easier registration tools for third-party tournament organizers.
Why it matters: the two-season PMGO model opens the professional path to far more players — the 2025 season already drew over one million participants, and the amateur entry point is now official, not a side channel. Pakistan hosting PMGO Season 2 adds a new audience market to the calendar, while the $3M finals in Türkiye keep the world championship's prize tier intact.
